Karen Wagner began marketing residential real estate in the Pocono region in 1995. Today, she is an award-winning, full-time realtor and a certified e-pro with specialties including new construction and vacation properties. A member of the National Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the Pocono Mountain Association of Realtors, Karen provides professional real estate services with a caring, personal touch.
Karen’s client focus includes first-time and single home buyers as well as older adults. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals via the Platinum Rule, the guiding principle behind Commonwealth Real Estate Your Way, LLC.
A native of Indianapolis, Indiana, Karen graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis. She and her family moved to Pennsylvania from sunny Pensacola, Florida. They also lived just outside of Chicago (shout out to Connie’s Pizza!) and in the Cincinnatti/Dayton, Ohio area. Prior to real estate, Karen had a successful career in advertising and marketing.
